I don't teach theoretical frameworks or repeat standard textbook lessons. I've lived through the exact career inflection points you are facing, and I use my experience of those challenges to help you diagnose and solve your messiest problems. My path wasn't plain sailing. I had one or two great managers, the rest were frankly a mixed bag. The projects were complex and success was never a given.
I created the Google Search App on both iOS and Android, offering significantly better UX than in mobile browsers. I created 'Apps search', surfacing apps from the App Store and Android market - this was the foundation for a multi-billion dollar ads revenue stream. I led a team of PMs building Android's core apps including GMail, Calendar, Camera and Keep. I was PM Lead for Nexus devices, shipping phones, tablets and set-top boxes.
I got first-hand experience working on adversarial problems (I was the PM for Spam reduction on Facebook), and I led engagement projects for Oculus/Meta Quest during the early days of the platform.
I raised $10M for a startup in 2000 that failed because the market wasn't ready. I learned a lot about building teams, managing change and handling difficult stakeholders. That time was my version of an MBA.
I coached Google VPs and other leaders on how to communicate more authentically and effectively at both internal and external events. At the same time, I was trusted as a 'go-to' presenter at large events.

My 1:1 coaching is focused on PMs with several years of experience, Lead PMs, Group PMs, and Directors in tech. It is not for entry-level learning or those trying to break into product management.
Coaching rates are set according to your career stage, and start at $350 per session. Many companies will invest in coaching to help you grow. If you would like my help creating a case to put to your manager for approval I'd be happy to provide justification and context to support your claim.

I'm very flexible on how I work with clients - we will discuss what makes most sense for you, based on your goals. Many of my clients have worked with me several times, returning to coaching as they encounter new challenges.
Absolute confidentiality is the bedrock of my coaching. For coaching to be effective I need you to be 100% comfortable sharing the details of what's going on.
Generic advice is of little use to high-performing people. I don't sell pre-recorded libraries or repeat generic textbook templates. My focus is on 1:1 coaching for specific challenges, not recycled content.
